Terms and Conditions

By using realscan.me you accept the terms set out below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

How we handle your personal data is explained separately, in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Who runs this site

The site is run by DRUŠTVO SA OGRANIČENOM ODGOVORNOŠĆU „REALSCAN” (short: REALSCAN DOO), Fruškogorska 55, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro, tax number 03797198. Contact: office@realscan.me.

Property information is indicative

Listings on this site are an invitation to get in touch, not a legally binding offer.

We take care that every detail — surface area, price, cadastral classification, ownership and access to the plot — is accurate and taken from official documentation. Even so, prices and availability change, so please confirm everything with us before making any decision.

Any agency fee shown is indicative; the final amount is set out in the brokerage agreement.

Photographs, video and 3D tours

All visual content on this site — photographs, aerial footage, video, virtual 3D tours and orthophoto views — is our own work and our copyright. It is produced with our equipment and our labour.

It is not permitted to download, copy, republish on other listing portals or social networks, or make any commercial use of this content without our written consent. The same applies to automated harvesting of the site’s content by software or bots.

It is permitted to share a link to a property with anyone, anywhere. That is exactly what we want.

Links to other websites

The site contains links to and embedded content from third parties (Google Maps, 3D tours, social networks). We are not responsible for their content or their rules.

Limitation of liability

We maintain the site regularly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for damage caused by the site being temporarily unavailable, nor for damage caused by relying on indicative listing data without first confirming it with us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version published on this page is the one that applies.

Last updated: 6 August 2026.

Governing law
