This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us through this website, why we use it, and how you can have it deleted.
Who we are
This website is run by DRUŠTVO SA OGRANIČENOM ODGOVORNOŠĆU „REALSCAN” (short: REALSCAN DOO), registered at Fruškogorska 55, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro, tax number 03797198.
For any question about your data, write to us at office@realscan.me.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us yourself through the enquiry form:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address
- the property your enquiry refers to
- the text of your message
We do not ask for and do not collect national ID numbers, payment card details, or any data from special categories (health, religious or political beliefs and similar).
Why we use it
Solely to answer your enquiry and to arrange a viewing or further conversation about the property. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and taking steps at your request before a possible contract is concluded.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for a maximum of two years from our last contact with you, after which we delete them. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we do so immediately.
Who processes the data on our behalf
For the website to work, we rely on established services that process data on our behalf:
- Hostinger — website hosting and email
- Google (Maps and Gmail) — showing the map and receiving your enquiries
- Meta (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook) — if you contact us through those channels
- Realsee — displaying the 3D tours of properties
These services may see technical data such as your IP address. We are not permitted to share your data with them for any purpose other than the one stated above.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work — remembering the light or dark theme, the chosen language, your saved properties and your comparison list. These do not require separate consent, because without them the site would not work properly.
Embedded maps and 3D tours may set their own cookies. You can block those in your browser settings.
Your rights
At any time you have the right to:
- request access to the data we hold about you
- ask for it to be corrected or deleted
- withdraw consent you gave earlier
- object to the processing
Just write to office@realscan.me — we reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you believe we have got something wrong, you have the right to contact the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page together with the date of the change.
